About the Client
Apricot Hotels & Resorts has three locations: one in the center of Yerevan and the other two in Gyumri and Aghveran. This is a chain of high-class and budget-friendly hotels where the visitors can feel the geniality and sincerity of unique, hearty and generous Armenian hospitality combined with high-quality service of International Standards.
A set of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) was created to ensure the steady quality of services, as well as the entire staff was trained according to those standards. A competitive deep dive was conducted as a result of which a pricing strategy was suggested for the pre-opening of the Resort. All online sales channels were set up and synchronized with reservation engines.
The scope of our collaboration with Apricot hotels & Resorts was quite large and challenging. Our team was responsible to set up the operation of the resort for all functional departments, set up online sales channels, as well as quality control mechanisms.
As a final result, we had the first local chain hotel brand in Armenia and a steady customer satisfaction index. Additionally, it was the first one in the market to offer all-inclusive pricing for the bundle of numerous facilities available at the Resort.
